Your Dashboard
When you log in, you will see your “Dashboard”, which offers you a choice of the available features. Your available features are accessible based on the role of your user account. If your user account is in customer mode, you will only be able to view information about your devices. If you are a managing officer/administrator, your options are more extensive and you can also edit your device and cloud settings.
